Faster Delivery Times Are Here at Prime Paint
We're delighted to announce that Prime Paint is now targeting delivery within 3–5 working days on most orders.
This is something many of our customers have asked for, and after investing heavily in additional stock and improving our fulfilment processes, we're pleased to be able to offer a significantly faster service while continuing to provide genuine Farrow & Ball paint at some of the best prices available in the UK.
Why We've Made This Change
Since launching Prime Paint, our focus has always been simple: offer genuine Farrow & Ball products at highly competitive prices.
To achieve this, our business has traditionally operated on a bulk-buying model. By purchasing efficiently and keeping overheads low, we've been able to pass substantial savings directly on to our customers.
The trade-off has sometimes been slightly longer lead times.
Many customers have told us they were happy to wait a little longer in exchange for meaningful savings, but we've also listened carefully to feedback from customers who wanted to receive their paint more quickly.
As a result, we've invested significantly behind the scenes to improve stock availability and reduce delivery times wherever possible.
A Better Balance of Price and Speed
Our new delivery target of 3–5 working days is designed to give customers the best of both worlds — competitive pricing and faster delivery.
We're incredibly excited about this improvement and believe it will make the Prime Paint experience even better for homeowners, decorators and trade professionals alike.
While we are now targeting faster delivery, it's important to note that delivery times remain an estimate rather than a guaranteed service.
Occasionally, factors outside our control can still cause delays, including supplier availability, courier networks, seasonal demand and bank holidays.
However, our goal is simple: get your paint to you as quickly as possible while continuing to offer exceptional value.
Transparency Has Always Been Important to Us
One thing we have always been proud of at Prime Paint is being open and transparent with our customers.
Our delivery information has always been clearly displayed throughout the website, including on product pages, at checkout and within our delivery information pages, allowing customers to understand expected lead times before placing an order.
We know that when you're excited to start a decorating project it's easy to focus on colours, finishes and planning the transformation of your home. That's why we've always tried to make delivery expectations as clear and visible as possible.
This commitment to transparency won't change.
The difference now is that we're working hard to deliver your orders even faster.
Existing Orders
Customers who placed orders before our delivery update will still be covered by the delivery terms that were displayed at the time of ordering.
At the time these orders were placed, our stated delivery timeframe was up to 10 working days, and those orders will continue to be processed under those terms.
We kindly ask for patience while we work through these orders and continue implementing our new delivery improvements.
